Welcome to Panas Restaurant, where authentic Nepalese and Indian flavours come together in the heart of Blackheath. The word “Panas” refers to a traditional Nepalese lamp, symbolising light, warmth, and eternal hospitality. It reflects our belief that food brings people together, just as light brings comfort and joy to every home.

Led by Sujan Katuwal MBE, our team takes pride in crafting dishes that celebrate the vibrant heritage of Nepal and India, using the finest ingredients and heartfelt care.
